Mushroom and Baby Potato Stir Fry

This is an oriental recipe that tastes so divine! The sauces, baby potatoes,mushrooms, capsicums,sausages and spring onions combine beautifully to offer us an exquisitely delicious dish...try it out!

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cooking time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Baby potatoes - 1 1/2 cup cut into strips

Mushrooms - 3/4 cup, sliced

Capsicum - 1 sliced

Chicken sausages - 1 cup, sliced

Spring onions - 1/2 cup, sliced

Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp

Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

Oyster sauce - 1 tsp

Red chilli sauce - 1 1/2 tsp

Soya sauce 1 1/2 tsp

Oil -3- 4 tbsp

Green onions - Finely chopped for garnishing



Method:

1. Heat oil in a wok, add the potato strips and stir fry till the edges turn brown. Keep aside.

2. In the same oil add the chicken sausages and stir fry for 4- 5 minutes. Keep aside.

3. Add some 3 tbsp oil and add the ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute, then add the spring               onions and saute for 2 minutes.

4. Now add the capsicum, stir for a couple of minutes. Put in the potatoes, mushrooms and chicken         sausages. Stir for a minute or 2.

5. Add all the sauces and salt. Stir gently so that all the vegetables get well coated with sauces.

6. Serve hot garnished with green onions.

7. This yummy preparation can be had with noodles or Indian breads.
