Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf

Banana is an energy booster. Some like to eat them, others do not. So I thought of a way to present in a more tantalizing form! Check it out!

Ingredients:
Refined flour: 4 cups
Sugar: 2 cups(powdered)
Butter: 1 cup
Eggs: 4, beaten
Banana: 2 cups, mashed
Salt: 1 tsp
Baking powder: 1 and 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1 and 1/2 tsp
Walnuts or Hazelnuts: 1 cup, chopped
Chocolate chips: 2 cups(white/ brown chips)

This is a deliciously soft and sweet banana bread!!

Method:
Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a bowl. Powder the sugar in a blender, keep aside.
Sieve the dry ingredients 2 - 3 times, keep aside.
Beat together the eggs well.
Blend together sugar and butter till it creams well.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Now add the sieved dry ingredients and mix slowly, till well blended.
Add the mashed bananas and mix together well.
Lastly add the chips and chopped(nuts of your choice), and mix slowly till all mix and blend well.
Grease two trays, or use silicon trays.
Pour the mixture into the trays.
Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Open and place the tray, close and bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
Open and pierce and check if done.
Transfer to a rack, cut into slices when cool.
Store in an air tight container and enjoy it.
