Chinese Pork Ribs


This pork is good for a feast day. It's easy and insanely delicious!!

Ingredients:

Pork Ribs - 1 Kg
Rice Vinegar - 3 Tbsp
Rice Cooking Wine - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 6 Tbsp
Garlic - 9 Cloves
Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Water - 2 cups



Method:

1. Heat the skillet (or a flat bottomed pan) and then add oil.
2. Gently lay the ribs, let it sear and turn mildy brown
3. Once brown add all the other ingredients and mix.
4. Add water and close the skillet. Let the pork cook for an hour.
5. Serve with rice.

Tip: You can also do the pork in rounds, just 1/3 the ingredients.
