Cucumber in Curd Curry

This dish is called Vellarikka Kichadi in Kerala!! Kichadi  is another name for Pachadi used in some parts of Kerala, for the sour variant of the dish. This is a sadhya dish. It's made otherwise also. It's cooling and tasty too. The creamy coconut, the tanginess from the curds and the crunchy cucumber give it a tasty and cool feeling. Got this recipe from a friend's mom, she is  really a very good cook. Learnt a lot of dishes from her and got many recipes too.
