Pepper Beef


A yummy, traditional beef recipe that you can't get tired off!!

Ingredients:

Beef - 750 gm
Onions - 3 medium sized, finely sliced
Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
Potato - 3, quartered
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil: 2-3 tbsp


Method:
1. Heat oil in the pressure cooker. Add the sliced onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
2. Add pepper powder, Ginger paste and potato and continue to saute until it stops emanating raw smell.
3. Add the beef and stir for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and check the seasoning.
4. Add water. Give it a good mix. Close the cooker and cook on high flame for 4 whistles and then on slow fire for 20 minutes.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with rice or chapatis.
