Ingredients:
- 250 Grams small sausages(Any sausages will do, but I have used chicken sausages)
- 2 eggs.
- Oil for Deep-frying.
- Oats.
Method:
- Defrost the sausages.
- Whip the eggs in a bowl.
- Keep crushed oats in another bowl.
- Take the sausages, dip them in the eggs and roll the sausage in the oats.
- Heat the oil for frying.
- Deep-fry the sausages until gold.
- Serve hot with ketchup or any other sauce of preference.
