Oatmeal Fried Sausages


      Ingredients:
  1. 250 Grams small sausages(Any sausages will do, but I have used chicken sausages)
  2. 2 eggs.
  3. Oil for Deep-frying.
  4. Oats.
       Method:

  1. Defrost the sausages.
  2. Whip the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Keep crushed oats in another bowl.
  4. Take the sausages, dip them in the eggs and roll the sausage in the oats.
  5. Heat the oil for frying.
  6. Deep-fry the sausages until gold.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or any other sauce of preference.
