Garlic Prawns

Well, this is just one version of scores of Garlic Prawn recipes out there!

Ingredients: 
Prawns: 500 gm
Oil: 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp finely chopped

For the marination:

Kashmir red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste: 1/2 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce: 1/2 tsp
Dark soya sauce: 3 tbsp
Lime juice 1-2 tbsp
Garlic cloves: 4 big, finely chopped
Garlic paste: 1/2 tbsp

Method:
1. Marinate the prawns with the masala for marination and keep it overnight.
2. In a deep bottomed pan add the oil and when hot put in the prawns with out the marinade. Stir fry till they are golden and well fried.
3. Add the marinade to the fried prawns and stir fry till they are dry or saucy. Add the coriander leaves and stir well.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot as side dish for butter naans or rotis.
