My son is a big fan of chicken sausages. This is a simple and easy-peasy recipe by him. He loved cooking it and we loved having it!
Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes:
Ingredients:
Chicken sausages - 250 gm
Onions - 2, medium sized, finely chopped
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Thaw the frozen sausages.
2. Cut the sausages into 1/4 inch thick rings.
3. In a pan, heat the oil. Add the finely chopped onions and saute them well until they turn golden brown.
4. Now add the pepper powder and saute further.
5. Now add the sausages and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
