This is one of those very few recipes from North-Eastern India that I have in my collection. Pork is an all-time favourite in our family and any hint of a new pork recipe only adds to the excitement surrounding the dinner :) The amazing story of pork continues to fascinate us!..How 'bout you??!! Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time - 45 minutes Ingredients: Pork - 700 gm Onions - 2 medium, halved and finely sliced Garlic paste - 2tbsp Ginger paste - 1 tbsp Tomatoes - 2 small, finely chopped Red chilli powder -1 tbsp Chilli flakes 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Green chillies - 3 Mustard oil - 3 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 1/2 tbsp chopped Salt-as required Method: 1. Fish Assad

This is a delicious Fish Recipe from Pondicherry, India which was a French colony prior to 1954. Pondicherry cuisine also has Malay and Vietnamese influnce apart from the French as it was part of a larger territory known as 'French Indo-China' which was a grouping of French colonies in South-East Asia. Bhojpuri Chicken Curry

It is one of the very few Bhojpuri recipes that I have in my collection . Bhojpuri cooking has a lot of Uttar Pradeshi cuisine influence. This curry is infused with tomato and garlic, seasoned in the spices which give out the aroma and the colour to the curry!!!
